While some others have outsourced assembly, we've embraced the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) instead.

We continue to test each part during production and every assembled product is function tested prior to shipment.

As a small family owned business, we cannot extend credit. If your agency has an account with any Fire and Rescue Equipment Retailer, we can arrange Drop Ship directly to your agency. In the past, we have been asked to do this and it can actually be faster than waiting for a paper check to clear the bank. Some retailers may charge a service fee and many do this as a free service for their existing customers.
