   The above products by Lay Flat Solutions™ LLC are provided with a one (1) year parts replacement warranty that covers unlikely material defects.

All products include directions for assembly (if applicable) and proper, approved use.

   * The limits of this replacement warranty are for your protection and the protection of all other nearby equipment or personnel. Business associates, partners or authorized distributors of our products will not be held liable for incidental damages or personal injury.

   The limitations of this replacement warranty include: Improper use of the product(s) that are not outlined in the directions included with said product(s) - Consequential damages or injury subsequent to a failure of any part - Use of the product(s) for a purpose not intended or recommended - Failure found to be associated with attachments, accessories or parts not approved by Lay Flat Solutions™ LLC to include failure of unapproved parts or accessories used to mount our product(s) to your equipment, apparatus or vehicle.

   In the unlikely event a part is found to be defective within 12 months of the original purchase date, simply send a FAX to Lay Flat Solutions™ LLC at (614) 453-8288 for an Exchange Replacement Authorization. We will approve replacement of any defective part or the product at our discretion. Normally, we require a faulty part and a copy of the original sales receipt be returned to us prior to shipment of a replacement. However, this would be handled on a case-by-case basis and again at our discretion. We may arrange a waver of the requirement in the interest of Customer Care & our desire to exceed your expectations.
